1. Cancellation Process

To cancel your services with NewHaven Hosting, you must call us at +1(619) 486-5619 or email us at support@newhavenhosting.com.

2. Notice Period

Cancellations must be made at least [number of days, e.g., 30] days before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide timely notice may result in charges for the next billing cycle.

3. No Refunds for Partial Use

No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, unused time, or if you have elected to downgrade or modify your service.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, all your content, data, and other information may be deleted, and we will not be responsible for any loss resulting from such deletion.
